Dr Saber Yezli is a Senior Scientist in the Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Scientific Computing Department at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. A pioneer in the field of mass gatherings health, Dr Yezli was the Head of Research at the Global Centre for Mass Gatherings Medicine, a WHO collaborating centre for Mass Gatherings Medicine, from 2014 to 2022. Dr Yezli is an expert in infectious disease and public health research and the author/co-author of over 100 peer-reviewed publications and numerous book chapters, abstracts and invited oral presentations.
